A unique opportunity has arisen within Kingspan Insulation for a Technician – Service Delivery to join the team based in Pembridge, Herefordshire. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary £22,000 - £25,000.
Kingspan Insulation is a global market leader in the manufacture and supply of premium high performance rigid insulation within the building services sector.  We are now looking to recruit a Technician within Service Delivery who will be responsible for helping to support all of the Company’s services to include applications, systems and customers.  You will ensure a first class support service to the Company’s entire customer base resolving requests, incidents, problems and major incidents.
As our Technician – Service Delivery you will resolve requests, incidents, problems and major incidents assigned to the Service Delivery Team within the service level agreement in a professional manner.  You will provide detailed documentation and guidance to all users in the effective use of systems and products.  You will also propose, discuss and evaluate potential solutions with other resolver teams including third parties and implement agreed modifications or workarounds as directed.
As our Technician – Service Delivery you will need: -
- Two  years minimum customer support experience in a Technical role
- Full UK driving License
- Passport
- Full UK citizenship.
You will need to have experience in using 70% or more of the technologies below, or commitment to gain understanding : -
- Certifications in Microsoft  technologies
- Microsoft Exchange and Server
- Microsoft Windows Operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory
- VM ware
- Citrix environments
- WAN and LAN environments
- Client hardware and operating system to affectively trouble shoot problems
- MPLS, VPN fundamentals.
- Mobile technologies
- Telephony
Beneficial Skills and Attributes as our ideal Technician – Service Delivery: -
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative where required
- To be professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers
- Prince 2 awareness
- ITIL awareness.
A full UK driving licence and passport is essential as this role is Divisional and although it is based in Pembridge, there will be a requirement to undertake world-wide travel to other sites.
